Many come from family backgrounds of imbalance where one person is the ”head of the house.” Yet, we find ourselves desiring a more equal partnership, one that fosters our mutual flourishing and mutual growth. Without the right tools and traits, we will find ourselves stumbling around in the dark and possibly regressing into old patterns. For this reason, the Kineo Center has developed a Mutual Marriage Retreat like no other.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Between the Mountains and the Caribbean Sea we will take 7 couples on a healing and hopeful journey to build and strengthen a shared foundation together. This 2nd annual retreat experience will be a development-vacation of sorts. You will have ample time for local fun excursions in El Yunque rainforest, surrounding coffee farms, the bioluminescence bay, and our breathtaking beaches. In the mornings and evenings, we will host Mutual Marriage sessions using different learning modalities of teaching, reflection, facilitation, and embodied practices. Whether you’ve been married a year, a decade, or more you will find this marriage retreat to be a breakthrough experience.

Spend time with Dan and Tonya White (Retreat Guides) and 6 other couples exploring the renewal and revitalization of life together. We’ve created a schedule that is both fun, giving space for excursions, and focused, giving space for exploring God’s work in our marriages.
