JAN 12th-16th, 2026

Naguabo, Puerto Rico

Between the Mountains & Carribean Sea

From managing corporate teams to directing non-profits to shepherding churches, strong, capable women are leading in every sphere of society and taking on immense responsibilities.

Yet, we are not immune to burnout and losing ourselves under the weight of responsibilities. We need set apart space to explore the emotional, relational, and spiritual toll that our work can take on us.

We believe you are a healthy leader when you are fully in tune with and caring for your whole self. Join the Ezer Collective for REVIVE, our first Immersive Retreat. Together we’ll slow down, allow our nervous systems to reset, facing our inner-critics, and reach for deep healing and reconnect with our God given purpose.

“Most of us are more tired than we know on a soul level. We are teetering on the brink of dangerous exhaustion, and we cannot do anything else until we have gotten some rest...we can't really engage our callings well until we heal within. We are more than humans made for hard work we are made for joy, for rest, for deep delight.”
